Emergencies/accidents and damage

In case of any emergency while you are at the Park, please contact Susanne White (07887 591853 or susanne@pamplin.cloud). All accidents (however minor) must be reported to Susanne.

Please also report any damage to cross-country fences, as well as take off and landing areas. No charge will be made for damage, but we do need to know immediately so that we can address the issues and improve the safety for other course users.
